For over 30 years, barbecue has been my passion. What began in 1992 managing a Houston BBQ restaurant evolved into a lifelong pursuit of perfection. When I relocated to Connecticut in 2000, I brought those Texas roots with me. During the pandemic, I reignited my love for barbecue, launching the Fatkids Kitchen YouTube channel and Instagram community—where we've built a dedicated following of BBQ enthusiasts across the United States.

Today, we compete in prestigious barbecue competitions throughout the region, and we've channeled that championship spirit into Fatkids BBQ Sauce and Seasonings. Every product is crafted with the same dedication and expertise that drives our competitive nature.
